Information we collect

We collect account details, subscription and transaction status, settings, support communications, device and security logs, and the goals, check-ins, evidence, coaching messages, and guide conversations you choose to enter.

How we use information

We use this information to operate and secure MomentumOS, calculate Momentum patterns, personalize guidance, provide requested coaching, manage subscriptions, support users, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use private Momentum entries for third-party advertising.

AI processing

When you request AI guidance, the minimum relevant context is sent securely to our AI service provider to generate the response. AI output may be inaccurate and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

Sharing

We share information only with contracted service providers needed for hosting, email, payments, security, analytics, and AI processing; with an assigned coach when your account and coaching relationship authorize it; or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service. You may initiate account deletion from My Profile. Access is disabled immediately and personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days, except limited records retained for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Your choices

You may review and correct profile information, manage Momentum records, change notification preferences, and request deletion from inside the application.

Security and contact

We use access controls, encryption in transit, secure password hashing, tenant isolation, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security. Questions may be sent to support@vocarian.com.
