MomentumOS is a personal development and performance-coaching platform. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully.
Not professional care
Momentum scores, AI guidance, educational content, and coaching tools are not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis response, legal advice, or financial advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide and crisis support.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you enter. You grant Vocarian permission to host and process it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service according to the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the terms shown at purchase. Trials convert only after payment authorization. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund a completed billing period unless required by law or the applicable app store’s rules.
Acceptable use
You may not probe or disrupt the service, access another person’s information, upload unlawful or malicious content, reverse engineer protected systems, or use automation that harms service availability.
Availability and AI
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. AI-generated material can be incomplete or wrong; you remain responsible for decisions and actions.
Termination
You may close your account from My Profile. Vocarian may suspend accounts for material misuse, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
